This page covers familydocs.net, the website of Family Docs, Inc. Each of our products has its own privacy policy. For EvidentlySo, see evidentlyso.com/privacy.

The form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, role, firm or organization (if you give one) and your message. They go to HubSpot, the service we use to keep and answer inquiries. We use them only to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share what you send.

Please don’t include client names or case details.

We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to talk with you about your project.

Spam check

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a spam program, is sending the form. Its use of data is covered by Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. To limit spam, the form counts messages for up to an hour using a scrambled code made from your internet address and email address. The code can’t be turned back into either one, and it’s deleted when that hour ends.

This website

No cookies and no analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps its own short-lived security records, which can include your IP address. We’ve turned off request logging for the website’s own code.
